All our apartments equipped as follows:
all apartments are stuffed with different kinds of wood

Wood is as special material for your health and coziness.
The material of furniture has much more effects on our health and feeling than it´s known until now.

• Living rooms are furnished with cozy tiled stove 
• wooden floor sleeping sofas in the living rooms (2 people)
• Kitchenette fully furnished

• LCD TV, CD radio, phone, safe
• balcony with beautiful view
• towels: bath towels, dish towels, bed linen 
  
  On the 2nd floor we have an extra double room with seat corner, channel TV, phone, radio and shower with toilet.

hospitality tax: for adults and youths ages 16 and up: Euro 1,-- p.p. and p.day
final cleaning: extra 45,-- or 55,--

Allergicals:
there are speciell bed linen in every holiday flat.The wooden floor are good for sensitive persons 

After the receipt of your payment your booking is definite. 

Earlier departure: We hope you will understand that you have to pay for the time you have booked. 

Animals: inquiry necessary

Bread for breakfast: Daily fresh from the village bakery ( exept sunday)

Breakfast: in coordination with the 4 star hotel in front of our house you are able to have breakfast

Check in:  the apartment is at disposal at 15,00 o´clock on the day of arrival

Check out: 10,00 a.m.
You can stay here the whole day. After skiing on the day of departure you can also use the shower there.

Child care: July and August from Monday to Friday

Contra-entry charges: Cancellation is only possible per writing. The deposit is at the same time the contra-entry-charges. If you decide to arrive later or leave earlier we have to charge the fully arranged amount. For the rest are the conditions of austrian hotel rules valid.

Invoicing: Please understand that we don´t accept credit cards.Internet: there is an Internet-connection in every leaving room

Speciall offer and actions: it´s only possible to get just one action. But of course we try to find out the best one for you.

Our aparthotel is open for you the whole year over.
But in the time between the two main seasons the wellness are is closed.

Cancellation fees:
Until 3 months before arrival date: no cancellation costs.
Starting 3 months until 1 month before arrrival date: 3 days of the booked stay.
Statring from 1 month before arrival date: 80% of the booked stay.
Area of jurisdiction: Zell am Ziller We are partners of the European travel insurance.
When desired we send you also the appropriate form. On dates when the Ferienhotel Sonnenhof is closed all leisure amenities, incl. the sauna and swimming pool, are unavailable. Half board cannot be booked for those dates!For mistakes or misunderstanding please use attaced price list!
