People have different ideas of living there life´s, there habits and needs. Establishing our homes with wood is typical for us.
Heaviest demands in quality for living is common, therefore your holiday with us at "enjoyable apart hotel Ferien-Heim" should be perfect.

All newly built apartments are established with much love, fitted with materials on a height natural basis and of course a lot of comfort.
Wood is very important for us - wood is a natural product - it helps for well-being, stress relief and to activate the spiritual strength.

The material of furnitures has much more effects on our health and feeling than it´s known until now.

• Our location promises time to relax and time to enjoy, it's just near by "Zillertal Arena" (cable car), only 2 walking minutes away from the largest ski and climbing area.
• Total Arena - Zell am Ziller, Gerlos, Königsleiten, Gerlosplatte 165 kilometer skiing slopes, 174 ha snow covered pists, as well as much fun for snowboarders, "Boarders Town Gerlos".

• As our guests you get 20% discount for each meal in our "Kreuzwiesen-alpine-hut" on the sunside of Zillertal Arena.
  In winter you get there by Karspitz X-Press, Ski Slopes 16 + 17. In summer there are many weys to reach our mountain restaurant.
• Each of our apartments is individually appointed, but all are finished with plenty of wood to lend the rooms as warm and cozy feeling.
  Masonry heaters in all living rooms.
• Internet-connection in all leaving rooms.
• Also wellness is inclusive - guest enjoy free use of the indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, "Kneippwalk", children´s-pool, sauna area and gym.

  Breakfast: in coordination with the 4 star hotel in front of our house you are able to have breakfast
  
  Check in:  the apartment is at disposal at 15,00 o´clock on the day of arrival
  
  Check out: 10,00 a.m.
  You can stay here the whole day. After skiing on the day of departure you can also use the shower there.
  
  Cleaning service: Would you like to have your wohlfühl apartment cleaned every day?
  Charge: Euro 5,-- p.day ( in additional to the final cleaning)

  Child care: July and August from Monday to Friday

  Contra-entry charges: Cancellation is only possible per writing. The deposit is at the same time the contra-entry-charges. If you decide to arrive later or leave earlier we have to charge the fully arranged amount. For the rest are the conditions of austrian hotel rules valid. 
  
  Dinner in the nearby Hotel 

  Invoicing: Please understand that we don´t accept credit cards.
  
  Internet: Internet-connection - costs extra

  Speciall offer and actions: it´s only possible to get just one action. But of course we try to find out the best one for you.

  Our aparthotel is open for you the whole year over.
  But in the time between the two main seasons the wellness are is closed.

  Cancellation fees:
  Until 3 months before arrival date: no cancellation costs.
  Starting 3 months until 1 month before arrrival date: 3 days of the booked stay.
  Statring from 1 month before arrival date: 80% of the booked stay.
  Area of jurisdiction: Zell am Ziller We are partners of the European travel insurance.
  When desired we send you also the appropriate form. On dates when the Ferienhotel Sonnenhof is closed all leisure amenities, incl. the sauna and swimming pool, are unavailable. Half board cannot be booked for those dates!For mistakes or misunderstanding please use attaced price list
