Price
All prices are in EURO, without final cleaning, board and hospitality tax. The local tax is € 1,80 per person and day (15 years and older). Price reduction for children on request.
Arrival & Departure
The apartment is at disposal at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival On the day of departure we ask you to leave the apartement befor 10 a.m. Please tell us if you will arrive after 7 p.m. at the evening.
Reservation - Deposit
After the booking we ask you for an advanced payment of € 400 per apartment. Our bank details we will tell you at your booking confirmation.
Cancellation
Cancellations are only valid in writing. We keep the deposit. Until 3 months before arrival date: no cancellation costs. Starting 3 months until 1 month before arrrival date: 3 days of the booked stay. Starting from 1 month before arrival date: 100% of the booked stay.
