Our ecological footprint

Sustainability is also a top priority at our company. We want to reduce our ecological footprint and therefore rely on environmentally friendly solutions in terms of energy generation from renewable sources.

The heart of our aparthotel's sustainability efforts is the groundwater heat pump. We use the warmth of the water to heat the entire building. This is not only environmentally friendly, but also extremely efficient. The temperature of the groundwater remains relatively constant throughout the year, which means that our building can benefit from this sustainable energy source at any time of year. This significantly reduces energy consumption and minimizes CO2 emissions.

In addition to the groundwater heat pump, we have installed a powerful photovoltaic system on the roof. The solar cells generate clean, renewable electricity and provide us with most of the electrical energy we need. Surplus electricity can simply be fed into the general power grid and is thus available to the public grid. This in turn helps to reduce our dependence on fossil fuels.

Since not only we, but also many of our guests, embrace the "green concept" and electromobility is becoming increasingly important worldwide, the e-charging station for our house guests is also part of our sustainability concept. It allows our guests to conveniently charge their electric cars while they relax in their apartment or enjoy other activities. This is not only practical, but also promotes the use of environmentally friendly means of transportation.

In our eyes, sustainability is not just a trend, but a necessity. That is why we are constantly working to improve our ecological footprint. So that despite all the comfort and luxury we offer you, we don't lose sight of the environment.
