After stocking up on energy, you and your little ones can start a new and exciting vacation day.
While the parents soak up the sun on the terrace, on the balcony, or on the ski slopes, numerous opportunities to play are offered for children in the playroom or in the garden. The Zillertal holiday region provides countless excursion and recreational opportunities for families: together with your children, you can hike in the Alps, ride bikes, or go skiing, tobogganing, ice skating, and cross-country skiing in winter. Take a look at our excursion tips for your vacation in Tyrol – you are guaranteed to find the perfect activity for your family vacation!
While you relax in the wellness area, your children can experience an unforgettable adventure. An outing to the cows’ stable generates plenty of enthusiasm from the kids: a robot milks the cows. Along with cows and calves, many other animals live in the modern stables. Our little Ferien-Heim guests are also welcome to the use the fun playground at our 4-star S partner hotel.
In the apartments, we are happy to provide children’s beds, high chairs, children’s dishes, and whatever else you need upon request. Children’s strollers, toboggans, and bobsleds are also available. This will save you a ton of luggage for your family vacation in Tyrol.
During the summer holiday season, a childcare supervisor will look after all Ferien-Heim children. She has put together a fun and diverse family-children’s program for all little guests. Of course, childcare for Ferien-Heim children is inclusive! The Zell in the Zillertal tourist office and our 4-star S partner hotel offer a colorful kid’s program for all children 4 and older.
At the Zell am Ziller recreational park, emphasis is placed on recreation, sports, and fun. In the newly designed park area between the indoor tennis court and outdoor pool, the “treasures of the Zillertal” take center stage. Awaiting you is an active camp, giant bouncy castle, slackline park, and bouldering rock. On the gold digger’s playground, kids can explore a mine tunnel with a mine cart, slide down the 9-meter long tube slide, and play with the water channels. Another highlight is the adventure golf course, which reflects the treasures of the Zillertal on its 18 holes.
