Arrival and departure 
The apartment is at disposal at 15,00 o´clock on the day of arrival
On the day of departure we ask you to leave the apartement befor 10.00am. Please tell us if you will arrive after 19.00 o' clock at the evening.

Bath robe
We offer you bath robe for a small fee!

Intersport Strasser, in the valley station of the Zillertal Arena

...you will find a large selection.

Bread for breakfast
Daily fresh bread from the village bakery!

We are happy to provide you with a table tennis table and bats

In coordination with the 4 star hotel in front of our house.

Free W-LAN in all living rooms and  in the whole building.

Kreuzwiesenalm hut
In winter you get there by Karspitz X-Press, Ski Slopes 16 + 17. 20% reduction!

Pets
We don´t accept pets. Thank you for your understanding.

Ski Room 
Safe place for skies and snowboards - dryer for boots.

Smoking
No smoking "Wohlfühl" apartments. So we ask for your understanding to smoke on the balcony.

It´s only possible to get just one action. But of course we try to find out the best one for you.

Terrace and garden
... with great panorama view. You can enjoy the sunset on our nice terrace.

Towels
